1. Authentication

1.1. How do I get an account to the Obeo Enterprise for Sirius?

Navigate to the sign up page, fill the form and send your request. After a successful signup you should be able to use your new account directly.

1.2. How do I retrieve my Username / Password if I forgot them?

Ask to the administrator of the Obeo Enterprise for Sirius server to send you back your credentials.

1.3. How do I change my Username?

Ask to the administrator of the Obeo Enterprise for Sirius server to change the Username for you.

1.4. How do I reset my Password?

Ask to the administrator of the Obeo Enterprise for Sirius server to generate a new password for you.

1.5. How do I delete my account?

Click your avatar in the top-right corner, then select Settings. In the Account tab, click on the Delete account button. Before confirming, note that projects and teams you own, and organizations where you are the only administrator, will be permanently deleted. Confirm the deletion. You are then redirected to the login page. If you signed in with an external identity provider, your identity there remains active and must be deleted separately.
