This page explains how to use the History page to review project versions and manage saved versions.

1. History page overview

The History page groups project versions by time period, for example:

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • This week

  • Last week

  • Older versions

Each group shows the number of versions it contains (for example, 0 versions or 42 versions).

For each version entry, the page typically displays:

  • the date and time (for example, February 25, 14:03)

  • the operation (for example, Layout Diagram)

  • the author (for example, by: jdoe)

2. History and change sets

The History page always shows the history of the main change set. This is true even if another change set is currently selected in the project editor.

As a result, history actions such as restoring, keeping, or deleting a version apply to the main change set history.

3. Review project versions

To review project versions:

  1. Open the target project.

  2. In the right side of the app bar, click the history icon (clock-shaped with rounded edges) near the avatar.

  3. Open the History page.

  4. Select a time group such as Yesterday or Older versions.

  5. Browse the listed versions.

  6. Use the date, operation label, and author information to identify the version you need.

4. Manage a version

For a selected version, the available menu actions typically include:

  • Restore this version

  • Keep this version

  • Delete

Use these actions to restore a previous state, preserve a version, or remove a version entry, depending on your permissions.
