This page explains how end users interact with organizations in Obeo Enterprise for Sirius. Use the Your Organizations section on the Home page to access organization-related actions. For the Home page layout and table overview, see Use the Home page.

1. Roles in an organization

The role shown for an organization indicates your permissions in that organization. The organization roles are:

  • admin: can manage organization-level settings and members

  • member: can access the organization and use the permissions granted to members

Your role is displayed in the Role column of the Your Organizations table on the Home page.

2. Create a new organization

Depending on your rights on the server, you may be allowed to create a new organization.

If this action is available in the UI:

  1. Open the Home page.

  2. Go to the organizations area.

  3. Click the button to create a new organization.

  4. Enter the required information (for example, the organization name).

  5. Confirm creation.

If you do not see a create action, contact your administrator to check whether organization creation is enabled for your account.

3. Open and manage an organization

From the Your Organizations section on the Home page, use the available actions to open or manage an organization. The exact actions depend on your role (for example, admin or member).

You can also access organizations from your avatar menu:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Organizations.

The Organizations menu entry lists the organizations you own.

4. Manage organization members (People page)

If you have the required permissions (for example, organization admin), you can manage members of an organization from the People page.

The People page displays the members of the selected organization in a table, typically with columns such as:

  • Username

  • Role

  • Invited On

  • Last Modified On

  • Actions

Use the Actions column to perform the member-management operations available to your role.

5. Organization projects URL

When you access an organization, the projects available in that organization are exposed under an organization-specific URL.

The URL pattern is:

Replace <organization-name> with the actual organization identifier shown in Obeo Enterprise for Sirius.
