Manage user licenses

This page explains how a server administrator can manage licenses assigned to users from the Licenses page.

The Licenses page lets you:

  • register a new license

  • list registered licenses

  • inspect license details

  • review token assignments

1. Licenses page overview

The Licenses page displays the registered licenses in a list.

For each license entry, the page typically shows:

  • the license title, expiration, status and tokens used per role

  • available Actions

2. License details

Click on a license to view its details, such as:

  • license title

  • expiration

  • token usage per role with the number of tokens left and the total number of available tokens

  • token consumers

3. Register a new license

Use Register a new license to add a license to the server.

To register a new license:

  1. Open the Licenses page from your avatar menu.

  2. Click New license.

  3. Enter a title in Title (required) to identify the license.

  4. Optional: Enter a description in Description.

  5. Paste the received license key content into License key (required).

  6. Confirm the registration action.

The registration form helps you identify the license later by storing a title and an optional description together with the license key.
